What this role is about
As a Working Student in Frontend & Design Engineering, you’ll be the link between design and code. You’ll build, prototype, animate and experiment — and learn how real product teams push creative engineering.
How you make an impact
- Contribute to modern, high-performance web experiences built with Next.js, React & TypeScript.
- Explore how interfaces move, feel, and behave — from micro-interactions to experimental animations with Framer Motion or GSAP.
- Work closely with designers to turn ideas into interactive prototypes and polished experiences.
- Add clarity, structure, and visual precision to the product experience.
- Grow your engineering and design craft through feedback, experimentation, and collaboration with a senior team that cares deeply about aesthetics and quality.
Requirements
- First hands-on experience building React/Next.js projects (uni, side projects, internships)
- A portfolio or GitHub showing curiosity, detail focus and design awareness
- You enjoy collaborating with designers and thinking visually
- A structured, reliable way of working — paired with ambition
- Curiosity for what’s next: AI, 3D, micro-interactions, storytelling
- Very good English skills (written & spoken)
- German skills are a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with 3D / WebGL (Three.js, R3F)
- Experience with design systems, CMS setups or more experimental interfaces
