About &why

We create digital experiences that feel human, move emotionally, and challenge conventions. As a certified B Corp, we care about how we work just as much as what we make — ethically, collaboratively, and with respect for people, planet, and craft. You’ll help shape meaningful products and immersive experiences that bridge clarity, creativity, and responsibility. Our work has been recognised with awards such as Lovie Award, Webby Award, Red Dot Award among others — and we’re continuing to push what’s possible.

About our design team

You are the link between strategy, storytelling, and experience — a designer with a strong sense for clarity, emotion, and craft. You care about systems as much as expression, about how things work as much as how they feel. You want to explore, refine, and create meaningful experiences — not just make things look good.

What you’ll do

  • Design user-centric interfaces across products, immersive experiences (e.g. interactive 3D, mini-games), and content-driven websites.
  • Turn ideas into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI with strong attention to detail.
  • Shape motion-driven interactions — micro-interactions, transitions, small animations.
  • Work across structured product features and experimental, narrative-led experiences.
  • Collaborate with Senior Designers, Brand Strategists, Content Experts and Engineers.
  • Share early work, iterate fast, and contribute to a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
  • Bring ideas, trends, and new interaction patterns into our design practice.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience with a portfolio showcasing solid UX/UI foundations.
  • A digital-first mindset with an intuitive sense for how interfaces move, respond, and behave.
  • Strong sense for clean, structured UI: confident layout decisions, clear hierarchy, typographic precision, and visual clarity.
  • Grounded understanding of UX fundamentals: clear flows, usability awareness, and a structured design process.
  • Comfortable working with motion: able to prototype simple interactions and collaborate with motion specialists (After Effects or Rive).
  • Curiosity for new tools and methods, including the thoughtful use of AI in the design process.
  • Interest in a mix of product design, immersive experiences, and large-scale websites, with openness to switching contexts.
  • A proactive mindset with genuine interest in learning from others and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback, with the ambition to grow within a cross-functional environment.
  • Excited to join a B Corp where impact and purpose matter.
